What house and Where?

Listen Location is an important aspect of buying a home. But what is a good location? There might be different opinions on this matter, but I think good location are the two following things: how close it is to everything, and what school district the area is in. School district is important because living in a good school district drives the price of each house up. Everyone wants to send their kids to good schools, so the housing price will increase due to the demand. Finally, living in an area that is close to everything makes everything convenient. Imagine walking downstairs and finding a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Work is right around the corner and you don’t have to drive anywhere. This is great location and some people love living in this area. This area is usually associated to living in downtown. Think about what you want, but keep these things in mind.
Listen After you decided where you want to live, you can then find out what type of housing you can buy there. If you can afford a $310,000 home, find out what the price range is in that area. If you live farther away from the city, you might be able to buy a nice big home. If you want to live close to the city, or in the city which is close to everything, you might have to choose a condo. Choosing the type of housing will depend on where you want to live and how much you can afford.

Condos are apartment style housing where you own the unit, but there are many other units within the same building. Town homes are in between the house and condo where multiple houses are connected, but not in an apartment format with different floors. Think of a town home as 4 different houses connected to each other. A large town home community can have 80 total units which would be 20 different buildings all having 4 units in each building.
